Tax Benefit Discussion

Anyone who pays taxes in Oklahoma—whether an individual, family, or business entity—is eligible to contribute to the Crossover Scholarship Fund (CSF) and receive tax credits. Donors making a one-time contribution can qualify for Oklahoma tax credits equal to 50% of the allowable donation amount. Donors who pledge to contribute the same amount for two consecutive years can qualify for a 75% tax credit on the allowable donation amount. Tax credits are capped at $1,000 for individual filers, $2,000 for joint filers, and $100,000 for eligible business entities.
